He is survived by: his children, Janette, Frieda (Paul), Alice (Mel), Jack (Kelly), Irene, Ray (Marilyn), Tim (Cathy), Marleen and Brian (Kim); his grandchildren, Michelle, Jacob, Kristen, Alexa, Jaqueline, Craig, Ariel, Everett, Annika, Kylen and Samuel; and his siblings, Dierk, Marike and Jannie. He is also survived by his cousins, nieces and nephews and dear friends.
