He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Paulo Simas, Sabrina Vieira and Paul Costa (Lesley). He is survived by: his parents, Mattew Costa and Stephanie Costa; his grandparent Liseta; his aunts, Jessica Simas (Joshua Moody), Samantha Costa (Siegmund Lima), Isabelle Cardoso and Brianna Costa; his uncle Marcus Costa; his cousins, Nova Moody, Savannah, Payton and Brayden Araujo; his great-grandparent Miguel Vieira; and his godparents, Shianne and Anthony Carvalho. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.

As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Children's Hospital, London would be appreciated by the family.
