He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Koch Sr. and Eva Koch (Wenhardt). He is survived by: his wife Anne (Boekhoudt); his son Jeffery; his daughter-in-law Christina; his sister-in-law Bertie Anderton; and his cousins, Margaret Wenhardt (late Paul Wenhardt), Eva and Henry Jacob.
Registration is required due to the COVID-19 restrictions.
