He was predeceased by: his parents, Grant and Joanne. He is survived by: his children, Michelle, Wade and Emily; his brothers, Joe, Jim (Wendy) and Jeff (Shelley); his grandchildren, Kaidynce, Xavier and Riker; and his nieces and nephews, Ryan, Jenn, Cody and Nicki.
In memory of Mike, donations may be made to the Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital Foundation, or to the St. Joseph's Hospital Urology Department.
