He was loved and cherished by many people including: his significant other Paula Bates; his children, Alex Fraser and Heather Fraser (Tyler); his siblings, Renee Fraser, Doug Fraser, Brenda Fraser and Susan Schouten (Peter); and his mother Deloris Fraser (late James). He was also cherished by his nieces and nephews.
