She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Gallivan and Pat Gallivan; and her parent-in-law Stu McGregor. She is survived by: her husband Doug McGregor; her children, Meghan Andrusiak (Paul), Kevin McGregor (Pirom) and Kalyn McGregor; her grandson Jacob Andrusiak; her siblings, Mary Pat Washington (Ian), Dan Gallivan (Jessica) and Kevin Gallivan (Suzy); her mother-in-law Sharon McGregor; her siblings-in-law, Carrie and Rob Cicchelli; her nephews, Craig, John, Simon, Daniel and Lucas; and her niece Audrey.
As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to London Regional Cancer Centre or St. Joseph's Health Care Foundation (Parkwood Hospital Palliative Care).
