She was predeceased by: her husband William Matthews; her parents, John and Edythe; and her brother-in-law Bob Dale. She is survived by: her children, Jeff Matthews (Lynda) and Susan Matthews (George Lalich); her siblings, Jack (Diane Joynt), Dan (Bonnie Joynt), Eleanor (Walter Huber), Pat (Larry Griffith) and Carol (Dan Smith); and her sister-in-law Judy Dale. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital, Canadian Cancer Society, or a charity of one's choice.
