She was predeceased by: her spouse Gerardus "Gerry" Derks; her grandchildren, Jennifer and Jason (Survived); and her siblings-in-law, Harrie Blummel, Bill Derks and Maria Leusink (Herman).

She is survived by: her children, Anne Marie Derks (Joe Roth), Albert Derks (Mariette), Frances Howe (Rick), Gerald Derks (Ruth) and Carolin Derks; her grandchildren, Christopher (Amy), Rebecca (Patrick), Tracy, Cassandra (Robert), Amanda, Michelle (Paul), Gordon (Brianne), James, Laura (Marc), Sarah (Johnny), Rachel (Steve), Lucas (Sherri), Daniel (Heather), Nicole, Erica, Myla, Embry, Logan, Bryson, Conner, Nathan, Sophie, Audrey, Reid, Gabe, Evan, Hunter, Alexis, Emily, Gavin, Hayden, Payton and Sawyer; and her siblings-in-law, Peter Derks (Thera) and Betty Derks.
