He was predeceased by: his wife Laurencia De Fatima Carreiro; his grandson Brandon Carreiro; and his great grandchild Amelia. He is survived by: his children, George, Gayle Carreiro and Lenore; his friends, Aaron Lavender, Debra Sibley and Cecilia Couto (William); his grandchildren, Joshua Garcia, Christine Espana (Jose), Kathleen (Cody), Nikita Vieira, AJ Lavender, Tinesha Vieira, Dean Vieira, Tabitha Carreiro, Seth Sibley, Weston Couto, Gavin Couto, Landon Couto, Emmett Couto, Bentley Couto and Garrus Noble; his great grandchildren, Austin, Brooklyn, Destinee, Avianna, Paris, Leo, Levi and Charlie; and his siblings, Henry, Gabriela Pereira and Joe Pereira. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 15th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Denning's. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, September 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the All Saints Church (124 Front St E, Strathroy, ON N7G1Y9). A burial was held on Monday, September 16th 2024 at the All Saints Cemetery (25748 Metcalfe St W, Strathroy, ON N7G3H5).
Donations may be made to the London Children's Hospital or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
