She was predeceased by: her parents, George S. Grant and Emma Grant (Dove); and her sisters, Carrie, Grace, Mary and Lillian Stright.
She is survived by: her husband Ellis Raymond Goodwin of Amherst, N. S.; and her children, Stephen (Brenda) of New Glasgow, N. S, Charles (Debbie) of Amherst and Enid Gough of Guelph, Ont.. She is also survived by four grandchildren, one great-grandchild and two nieces.
Interment of ashes will occur at a later date in Bayfield, N.B. In memory of Madeline's donations may be made to Middlesex Terrace, 2094 Gideon Drive, Delaware, Ontario N0L 1E0.
