He was predeceased by: his brother Octavio Pereira. He is survived by: his spouse Benvinda Pereira; his sons, Antonio Pereira, Paul Pereira and Mark Pereira (Victoria); and his sisters, Angelina Costa (late Fernando) and Graca Moniz. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
