He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his siblings, Allen (Joanne), Charles and Jean (Mark); his nieces and nephews, Terry, Andrea, Richard, Kandice Mary-Jo, Cody, Shelley, Jeremy, Mike, Chris, Mellisa and Allen Jr.; and his siblings-in-law, Sharon, Arlene (Greg), Bill (Kristin), Pam, John (Lynn) and Doug (Janet).
