He was predeceased by: his spouse Antonella "Toni" Timmermans (Nee Aarts); his sons, Cory, Martin and Leonard; his siblings, Nelly and Peter; and his siblings-in-law, John, Tony, Adrian, Paul, Gertrude and Helen.

He is survived by: his children, John (Ruth), Marianne (Norm), Baasje, Willy (Anne Louise) and Patrick (Barb); and his grandchildren, Jessica, Matthew, Andre (Roxanne), Melissa (Andre), Jenny (Andre), Lee, Ian, April (Jacob), Chad (Melissa), Drew (Kaitlyn), Colin and Laura. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, extended family.
