He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth and June. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Ryan and Brody; his siblings, Stephen (Diana), Vickie (Norm) and Pat (George); his parents-in-law, Grace and Carm Holbrook; and his brother-in-law Randy (Connie).
