He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his children, Andrew and Amanda; his siblings, Karen (Rob), Robin (Brent), Anne (John) and Robie (Rosa); his father-in-law John (Shirley MacKichan); and his brother-in-law Jim. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.
