He is survived by: his wife Bonita Conkey (Bonny); his stepchild Tracy Kish (Andrew Wood); his stepgrandchildren, Haven and Zoe; and his cousins, Murray Thomson (Alice), Maureen Murphy (Dave), Marilyn Steward (Lyle), Richard Kemp (Linda) and Roger Kemp (Nina).
