With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Karl William Gerhold (Strathroy, Ontario), who passed away on July 6, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his spouse Arlie Gerhold; his parents, Karl Gerhold and Kathleen Gerhold; and his brothers, Raymond and Wayne.

He is survived by: his children, Judy Gerhold, Rob Gerhold (Bonnie) and Kim Degraw (Ken); his grandchildren, Nicole Gerhold (Brandon Gough), Andrew Gerhold, Kelsie Gerhold, Hollie Gerhold, Ashley Cole (Adam), Brittany Smith (Ean) and Taylor Degraw; his stepgrandchildren, Jeremy, Matthew and Stephanie; and his siblings, Marilyn, Ron (Louise), Nancy and Randy (Connie). He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.

As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Parkwood Hospital would be appreciated.
