She was predeceased by: her son Chuck Gyle (Ali Thompson); her grandchildren, Cassie Hartoon, Kayla, Taylor Gyle of Calgary and Dakota Gyle Pitts of England; her great-grandparents, Gigi, Ada, Cameron, Paisley and Eliza; her cousin Keith Pitt (Jo); and her brother David Worthington (Janet) of England.
She is survived by: her husband Ken Werboweski (Werby); the mother of her child Lesley Hartoon (Joe); her friends, Jean Glover and Wendy Bloomfield; and her great grandchild Ada.
In lieu of flowers and in honour of mom's battle with lung cancer and her sudden passing by heart attack, donations can be made in her memory to either the Canadian Cancer Society or Heart and Stroke Foundation.
