He was predeceased by: his father Eric MacFadden. He is survived by: his mother Sue MacFadden (John); his siblings, Sherry McNeill (Dan), Heather Harris (Darryl), Eric MacFadden (Melissa), Charlie and Roy Rachar; his nieces and nephews, Ashley, Brent, Amanda, Courtney, Skylar, Evan, Jordyn, Eric, Carson and Cooper; and his treasureds, Frenchie and Cali "Smushy" Mitchell. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Family and Children's Aid Service in Jamie's name.
