He was predeceased by: his mother Tara-Lynn Stark; and his grandfather Mike Vanderhoek. He is survived by: his father Wesley Vanderhoek; his siblings, Matthew Stark and Zackary Lefebvre; and his grandparents, Donald, Veronica Stark and Connie Heinhuis. He is also survived by his many extended family and countless friends.
