He was predeceased by: his sister Mary. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Julie (Tore Stautland) and Norm Maden; his grandchildren, Mercedes (Finlay) and Trinity (Simon); and his siblings, John, Leny, Basti, Willy, Corrie and Henk. He is also survived by his family and friends.
