She was predeceased by: her spouse Aloysius Hoornweg (Al). She is survived by: her children, Rick Hoornweg (Joyce), Josta Greenwood (Dave), Laurette Brown (Jack) and Pamela Brown (Dave); her grandchildren, Michael (Dorinda), Joanna (Mark), Natalie (Russ), Darcy (Leila), Adam, Daniel John (Sherriene), Greg (Chelsea), Abby and Mathew (Jamie); her sister Otty Snyder (North Carolina); her brother-in-law Anthony Hoornweg (Irene); and her friends, Robert and Colleen Koolen. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
She treasured her time with her good friend Liz Cahill especially during this difficult Covid time.
In lieu of flowers her family ask that memorial donations be made to the Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital Emergency Department for the purchase of new equipment.
