She was predeceased by: her children, Joe (Anita) and Elly; her stepsons, Bill (Tina) and Ted; her siblings, Fien Sonnemans (Pete), Sien Mikkers (late Henk), Hein Verberne (late Riek), Anne Webster (Pete) and Toon Verberne (Marietje); and her siblings-in-law, Toon Haasen (late Thea) and Jan Haasen (Annie).

She is survived by: her husband Peter Bastiaansen; her children, Rita (Ken), Jerry (Nancy) and Matt (Denise); her stepchildren, Pete (Wilma), John (Rita), Jane (Adrian), Connie, Cathy (Joe) and Mary Ann (Bert); her siblings, Jan Verberne (late Lies) and Lou (late Marie); and her siblings-in-law, Miet Haasen and Anna Haasen. She is also survived by her grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
