He was predeceased by: his wife Jenny (Eigeman); and his son-in-law Peter Speelman. He is survived by: his children, Andrew (Kris Ryskamp), Sylvia (Gary DeBoer), John (Ellie Ryskamp), Carol Speelman, Cynthia (Martin Overgaauw) and Jenda Ryskamp; and his siblings-in-law, Pieter and Willemijn Eigeman. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
