She was predeceased by: her husband Fredrick Payne; her brother Clarence Wiley; and her brother-in-law Chris Wolff. She is survived by: her children, Brian Payne (Wendy), Beth Reed (Jeff), Blair Payne (Penny) and Brenda Johnson (Dean); her grandchildren, Bradley (Melissa), Craig (Pam), Josh, Jake, Derrick and Allie; her great grandchildren, Declan, Fiona and Riley; and her siblings-in-law, Edward (Marilyn) and Mary Wolff.
