He is survived by: his wife Maria; his children, Maurice (Janet), Rene (Jane), Karin (Bob) and Andrew; and his grandchildren, Zachary, Nathaniel, Joshua, Benjamin, Chris, Patrick, Cameron, Elly, Konrad, Erik, Robert, Nadia and Mia.
