He was predeceased by: his father José De Sousa Costa; and his siblings, João Paulo Costa, José Vicente Costa and Maria Cidália Costa of Fátima Rego. He is survived by: his wife Rita Pereira Da Costa. He is also survived by his many extended family and friends.
