He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley Joan Scott; and his close friend Elva Hodgins. He is survived by: his brothers, Pete Unger and Cliff Unger of British Columbia; his children, Floyd (Thach), Karen and Laure; and his cousins, Gwen and Tom.
