Everit Theodore Moons Obituary

The passing of Everit Theodore Moons in Strathroy, Ontario leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on February 21, 2025. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his siblings, Jane Schoonderwoerd (late Jack) and Dick Moons (late Martha); his sister-in-law Dinah Koot (late Tony); his parents, Johannes Moons and Adriana Moons; his parents-in-law, Ted and Anna Maria Visser; and his nephews, Jimmy Schoonderwoerd, Eric Walter and David Snyders.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Moons; his children, Maryann Moons, Everett Moons (Leana McIntyre), Jack Moons (Jenn Markham) and Jennifer Moons (David Burrows); his grandchildren, Eddie, Thomas, Marcus, Jordan, Grey, Noah, Easton, Julie and Jason; his siblings, John Moons (Margaret), Bertha Walter (Kurt) and Charlie Moons (late Tuesday); and his siblings-in-law, Harry Visser (Madeleine), Joe Visser (late Rose), Toni Snyders (late John), Peter Visser (Seline), Teddie Willemse (John) and Tony Visser (Erma).

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A prayer will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 5:30 PM. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Christopher's Catholic Church (68 Union St, Forest, ON N0N1J0).
