She was predeceased by: her parents, Beverly Ellsworth Cousins and Joyce Marilyn (McClure); her siblings, Thomas and Maryann; her grandparents, Leslie, Doris Cousins, Norm, Joyce Jenson, Jack, Ruby McClure and Robert Hignett; and her parents-in-law, Glen and Mabel McChesney.

She is survived by: her siblings, Debbie (Murray Lambie), Beverly (Jim Robbins), Matthew (Todd), Penny Hignett of Watford, Pam (Kevin Stanley), Betty (Tony Farpelha) and Orion (Sara Cousins); and her sister-in-law June (Carl Elliot). She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, a great great nephew and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to CNIB Foundation (School for Guide Dogs), or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
