He is survived by: his child Kaitlin Stephenson; his sisters, Marsha Davidson (late John) and Yvonne Rollason (Roland); his nieces and nephews, Steven Rollason, Carrie Schnurr (Phil), Sarah Davidson, Michael Stephenson, Greg Stephenson, Aaron Kostka-Smith (Andrea), Brittany Masih (William), Sheri Bencich (Rob), Andrea Sekerak (Joe), Alison Hurley (Dan Countryman), Carl Merrick (Emma), Lee Stephenson (Jessica) and Ryan Stephenson (Ashley); and his friend Chris Nagel.
