She was predeceased by: her parents, Deek Lovegrove and Marion Lovegrove; and her husband George Evans. She is survived by: her daughters, Kim Milak (Stephen), Katherine Pearson (Craig) and Karen Livesey (Steve); and her grandchildren, Alexandra Cochrane (Mike), Ethan Milak and Natasha Pearson. She is also survived by cousins, nephews and nieces, and lifelong friends.

Though Diane faced health setbacks following the pandemic, she never let them stop her from enjoying life, nature, and the company of loved ones to its fullest.

As an expression sympathy, donations may be made to the Kidney Foundation of Canada.
