Cornelis Janssens Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cornelis Janssens (Strathroy, Ontario), who passed away on May 7, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his spouse Tine Janssens (Vellinga); his children, Glenda Brouwer (Pete), Shirley Nieman (Henry), Peter Janssens (Cindy) and Neil Janssens (Alieneke); his grandchildren, Brad Zylstra, Tyler Zylstra (Cassie Falkanger), Amanda Reekers (Sean), Justin Nieman (Erika), Jordan Nieman (Hillary), Christy Janssens (Abdullah Barez), Heather Janssens, Ryan Janssens, Cory Janssens (Shelley), Melissa Warren (Ian) and Natalie Janssens; his great grandchildren, Ava Zylstra, Baileigh Zylstra, Charlotte Zylstra, Parker Nieman, Summer Nieman, Landon Reekers and Corbin Janssens; his siblings, Joan Vellinga, Leo Janssens (Trudy) and Hank Janssens (Anneke); and his sisters-in-law, Maria Janssens, Tiete Jansen, Aafke Vellinga and Mattie Vellinga. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
