He was predeceased by: his parents, Donna and Tom. He is survived by: his daughter Samantha; his grandson Landon; his stepmother Lorraine; his brothers, Tom and Jason (Teri); his stepbrothers, Duane (Karen), Ron and Rob (Megan); and his friend Rob Curtis (Tim Hansmann). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
