She is survived by: her husband Rick Mantik; her son Rhett Mantik; her mother Frances Hyatt; her siblings, Mary Lou Rutherford (Brian) and Jay Hyatt (Heather); her mother-in-law Barb Frost; and her nieces, Piper and Quinn. She is also survived by her extended family and many special friends.
