He was predeceased by: his parents, George Barclay and Adene Barclay; his brother Brad Barclay (Peggy); his granddaughter Nora Griffin; and his family, Rusty, Tess and Lola.

He is survived by: his wife Holly Barclay; his stepchildren, Tanya Griffin (Rick Trentelman) and Jevon Griffin (Lynsee); his grandchildren, Amber Brown (Owen), Nicolae Trentelman, Jevon Jr., Hazel and Gracie (Griffin); his brothers, Bob (Ardy), Gerry (Julie) and Dean Barclay (Cathy); his siblings-in-law, Peter Homerodean and Sandra McKinnon (Jeff); and his grandchildren, JJ and Nic. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews and extended family.
