He was loved and cherished by many people including: his girlfriend Kimberley Ricard; his children, Dave Picott (Tracy), Candace Picott and Ivan Picott; his stepson Jason Ricard (Jaime); his parents, Ivan Picott and Marion Picott; and his siblings, James Picott, Valerie McGee (George), Katherine Maynard, Tracy Constable (Dale) and Julie Picott (Mark Lepine).
