She was predeceased by: her parents, Vern Blanchard and Alma Blanchard; her parents-in-law, Morley and Jean Johnston; and her brother-in-law Brian Johnston.

She is survived by: her husband John Johnston; her siblings, Kitty Stubbs (Ken) and Bud Blanchard; her siblings-in-law, Jeannette Decarlo (James Bradley), Gale Buffet (Dave) and Grant Johnston (Audrey); her nieces and nephews, Corrie, Chad (Melissa), Madison Stubbs and Christina Blanchard (Paul Arsenault); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Jacob, Derek, Vernon, Elizabeth Blanchard, Sarah and Amy Decarlo; and her pet George. She is also survived by her extended family, many dear friends.
