She was predeceased by: her husband George Matthews; her parents, Elmer Morgan and Mae Morgan; and her siblings, Alfreda Lambert (John) and Ernest Morgan (Joyce).
She is survived by: her sons, Brian Matthews, Wayne Matthews (Renee) and Larry Matthews (Sandra); and her grandchildren, Tyler, Jake, Ryan and Cameron. She is also survived by her many extended family and her friends.
As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Canada or the St. Joseph's Health Centre.
