He is survived by: his children, Joey Pinto, Brenda Pinto (Joao Costa) and Alvaro Ferreira (Dianne); his grandchildren, Gabriela, Valentina, Brandon, Olivia and Christian; and his siblings, Antonia Alcaidinho (Jose), Laura Medeiros (Florival) and Joe Pinto (Lucy). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other extended family.
