He is survived by: his spouse Kandie; his children, Diane and Brandon; his siblings, Laura, Debbie (Sam), Gloria (Donald) and Andy; his siblings-in-law, Line, Jodie (Dave), Dennis (Danielle) and John Allen (Tara); his mother-in-law Jane; and his friends, Chris, Rhonda, Jeff, Brenda and Gary. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
