He was predeceased by: his wife Reta Mae Johnson; his daughters, Carol Freer (Bruce) and Phyllis Campbell (Wayne); his grandchildren, Kent Miller (Steph), Kelly Mohr (Joe), Andrew (Jess), Tyler (Josie), Adam Campbell (Kristin) and Sarah Miner (Scott); and his great grandchildren, Matthew, Ryan Miller, Derek, Jordyn, Treysen Mohr, Bella, Cash Campbell, Reid, Hayden Campbell, Jace, Kacey, Blake Campbell, Annabelle, Mac and Alice Miner.
He is survived by: his siblings-in-law, Kenneth Gough and Caroline Gough.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Van Heck Funeral Home (172 Symes St, Glencoe, ON N0L1M0). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM.
