He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Brooks and Olive Brooks; and his brothers, Ron, Gerald (Muriel), Bob and Wilf (Pauline).
He is survived by: his wife Lorraine (Harrison); his children, Ray Brooks (Laura) and Kristin Brooks (Marilyn); his grandchildren, Xander, Liam and Quinn; his siblings, Jack Brooks and Joy Knight; and his sister-in-law Susan Brooks. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations in Bill's memory may be made to St. Paul's Anglican Church Building Fund or the charity of one's choice.
