He is survived by: his wife Gloria (Lichty); his children, Jerry (Linda), Linda Huitema (Dave) and Shane (Michelle); his sister Marjorie Angel; his stepsons, Jim Bender (Tammy) and Michael Bender (Erin); his grandchildren, Asha (Chris), Zarek (Kailyn), Alisha (Kevin), Stephanie (Derek), Katie (Jordan), Kyle (Erin) and Matthew (Amber); his stepgrandchildren, Alyssa, Chantel and Melanie; and his nieces, Cindy (Rick) and Sandy (Ted).
