It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Verna Marie Leis (Stratford, Ontario), who passed away on September 21, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Lorne; her parents, Chris Erb and Mattie Erb; and her siblings, Helen Ewing, Betty Erb, Wilma Good (Floyd), Earl Erb (Edith), Lloyd Erb and Ray Erb (Eleanor).
She is survived by: her daughters, Sharon Leis and Carol Yantzi (Earl); her grandchildren, Kowanda Furlong (Mike), Jeff and Dennis Yantzi; her great grandchildren, Megan and Matthew Furlong; her sisters, Clara Meyers (Earl), Eleanor Mast (Freeman), Erma Shantz (Ross), Grace Beuhler (Willy) and Doris VanTright (John); and her siblings-in-law, Jim Ewing and Reta Erb. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
