She is survived by: her children, Bogdan Plociennik (Kerry) and Stan Plociennik (Gillian); her grandchildren, Krista Plociennik, Drew Plociennik (Lindsay) and Katelyn Church (Jason); her great grandchildren, Owen, Emma, Chloe and Cameron; and her family Dr. Peter Brooks.
