He is survived by: his daughters, Madeleine (Yulun) and Hilary (Matthew); his wife Nancy Halverson; his sister Roxanne; his mother Gladys; his mother-in-law Beverly Clarke; his brother-in-law Marc Halverson (Robin); and his siblings, Duncan (Sharon) and Sev Smith-Halverson (Del). He is also survived by cousins, aunts and uncles.
