He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Allan, Helene Ballantyne and Paul Savelle. He is survived by: his parents, Rick Ballantyne and Jan Ballantyne; his wife Lindsay Mohr; his children, Jayce and Harlee; and his sibling Jocelyn. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
