He is survived by: his spouse Beatrix Amalia; his children, Alice (Brian), Bridget (Pat) and Rudy (Brenda); his grandchildren, Greg (Stacey), Chris (Heather), Brianne (Jordon), Alexis (Paul), Miles, Holly, Dan and Tessa; his great grandchildren, Ethan, Brinley, Allie, Leah, James and Hannah; his siblings, Victoria (late Jan), Karel (Betty), Eveline (Jan), Bea (Bert) and Chuck (Janice); and his family Rudy.
