He was predeceased by: his parent William Miller; and his spouse Margaret (Hewitt). He is survived by: his parent Bertha Miller; his children, Bill (Jocelyn), Bob (Brenda), Bonnie Castleman and Heather Vanderploeg; and his grandchildren, Sara Macmillan (Tim), Brad Miller (Anne), Lisa Mills (Jonathan), Blaine Miller (Kara), Christopher Vanderploeg (Carly) and Elissa Cooper (Sean). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
